I had applied for the pitch late last year and It had always been my plan to feature at this year's show in some capacity. If I hadn't got a pitch I would have tried to get a demonstration stand. I just wanted to bring my brand to the masses. Promoting good, real food, real cooking and eating right!!
So, yes. I am in the Suffolk Show. I need to finalise my menu over the next few days and send off my details, but I want to do something that excites people. I want to demonstrate what being a chef for 25+ years has done for me. I want to share that with you. I will bring flavours from the world. I will be using my Hog-roaster and real coal barbecues to do something a little different. Please come and support my business.
I hope that the Suffolk Show 2016 will help spread my business further. Knife of Brian is just me, with the help and support of my wife. As some of you know, I work full time at The Greyhound Ipswich. My work there is very important to me and it's with their support that I am able to do this. Running KOB as my sideline gives me the opportunity to do different types of events. Private buffets, barbecues, hog roasts and dinner parties. I am still looking at launching my cookery classes workshops too. Expect to see details of these from March.
2016 is filling up nicely, but please do get in touch if you have any event large or small which you think you may need my help with.
See you at the show?
