Who is brian?
I am the head chef of the Greyhound Public house, Ipswich.
Shortlisted for the Suffolk Food and Drink Awards Chef Of the Year 2018.
The Greyhound has become one of Ipswich's best pubs and a consistent winner of the Adnams Pub of the year awards, as well as many other local accolades.
I also write features for THE STAFF CANTEEN website.
