Who is brian?
I am Brian Powlett, the head chef of the Greyhound Public house and I write features for THE STAFF CANTEEN and other websites and publications.
I can be found on social media via Instagram, twitter and Facebook and I am available for private hire as a chef for your dinner parties. I also run cookery tuition classes online and private classes on a 1-2-1 basis.
I have experience as a development chef for international brands. Writing recipes for product launches. Blog content for the hospitality sector as well as well as school visits to help educate young people on the life of a chef.
Professionally, I offer Chef Consultancy to Publicans and Restaurateurs alike. If you need planning, kitchen layout recommendations or general advice, this is something KoB can help with. In 2018 I was shortlisted for Suffolk Chef of the year and also shortlisted for a blogging Award.
