Who is brian?

Hi,

I am Brian Powlett, the head chef of the Greyhound Public house and I write features for THE STAFF CANTEEN and other websites and publications. 
 I can be found on social media via Instagram, twitter and Facebook and I am available for private hire as a chef for your dinner parties. I also run Private cookery tuition classes or beginners up to to specialist.

Professionally, I offer Chef Consultancy to Publicans and Restaurateurs alike. If you need planning, kitchen layout recommendations or general advice, this is something KoB can help with. I have a network of chefs from around the country. So get in touch if you'd like some help. Whether its event menu planning, pop ups or staff training, I'll be able to find you a solution.

In 2018 I was shortlisted for Suffolk Chef of the year and also shortlisted for a blogging Award.
