This just a quick little overview of this book by Ella Woodward which I recently purchased as part of my research for a forthcoming, whole foods themed wedding.
It is a great looking book which starts with a "My Story" section which is well worth a read. Understanding the motivation of the author makes it enjoyable and makes you feel more connected to the recipes.
This is the hardback edition. Very nicely laid out and the recipes are simple enough for amateur cooks but also contains some great ideas to motivate and inspire a more advanced chef. I have not tested any recipes yet, I will be though.
Yes I would recommend buying this book. I purchased my copy through amazon.
