Private 1 to 1 sessions
I am now taking bookings for private 1 to 1 sessions, which will take place in the privacy of your own kitchen. 
This is an opportunity for you to have a professional chef come to your home and help you to improve your cooking. 

Learn new dishes, techniques and flavours. Whether it's for your family, friends or a potential date!!! There is a chef here to help you out.

The sessions start from £25* per hour. The first session should be 2 hours (£50*) 

After an initial  consultation, I will draw up a totally unique lesson plan to suit your needs.  This is where you get to tell me what it is you'll want to learn. We'll have fun. I'll bring some of my own equipment and you'll get to eat whatever you make.

* This is the base fee. Ingredients and additional shopping fees will be added to your quote.

I will be offering cookery classes aimed at teaching complete novices to adventurous foodies. Drawing on my 25+ years of professional cookery experience in hotels, pubs and restaurants, I will deliver friendly, relaxed classes in my own unique style. 
One of the first sessions will be for "beginners". This session will be aimed at those adults who feel they can't cook well, but want to. Maybe you make an awesome spaghetti bolognaise, but that's it. I want to be able to teach you some new skills and techniques which will take your cooking to the next level. By the end of the session, you should feel more confident and be inspired to show off your new skills.

There are plenty of cookery lessons which target the improvers and foodies. My sessions are about building confidence and enjoying cooking. No judgements. We all learn together, share our experiences and improve.

My passion for cookery is matched by my love for teaching and empowering people with the skills and knowledge they want. If you are interested in my beginners classes for yourself, or as a gift for a friend/family, please get in touch.
